Connie Jones
Owner/Founder
Connie involves herself in local and national charities and events volunteering at fundraisers and coordinating support for various charity functions. To provide additional support, she serves as a board advisor for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), Ft. Leonard Wood Community Spouses Club (FWCSC), and she is a board member for the Armed Services YMCA. In addition, she volunteers her time fundraising.
Connie holds a Master’s Degree in Business from Webster University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Missouri Columbia (MIZZOU) and a Master’s Degree in Education from Maryville University. She has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Management. As Chief Operating Officer, Connie manages the Human Resource operations, business analytics, business development, and virtual training for new Benefits Specialists.
Connie is from the St. Louis area, but currently resides in St. Robert, MO with her husband. She has one adult son and two grandchildren. When she is not working, Connie enjoys rock climbing, traveling, spending time with family and cheering on her favorite Missouri sports teams, the St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues, Mizzou Tigers, and Kansas City Chiefs.
